[From My Blender] Cranberry Strawberry Smoothie

Cranberry Strawberry Smoothie

For: 1 person
Time: 5 mins


1 cup cranberries
5 strawberries
1 cup orange juice
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Put in blender and mix until thick. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and drink with your meal or as a snack.

Smoothie canneberges et fraises

Pour 1 personne
Temps: 5 minutes


1 petit bol canneberges
5 fraises
1 verre de jus d'orange
1 petit pot de fromage blanc

Mélangez le tout dans un mixeur. Réfrigérez quelques minutes et puis consommez avec un repas ou comme goûter.
